Practice gear,decided in seven steps.

Decision one
What to order
Start with what every player must have on day one: a practice tee and a practice short. That is the Team Package. Add a crewneck or hoodie if the season runs cold, and a jogger if the team travels. Five packages cover it; pick the closest and the rest is a quote.

Decision two
How many per player
The real variable is laundry, not practices. Most families wash team gear about twice a week, so:
- 2 practices a week (youth rec): one tee per player is fine; the package covers it.
- 3–4 practices a week (school, club): add a second tee to the package. Two colors of the same design gives you scrimmage splits for free.
- 5–6 practices a week or camp weeks: a third tee, or expect re-worn gear.

Decision three
Fabric and garment level
Each garment in a package comes at one of three levels. Mix them: an Entry short under a Preferred tee is normal.
- Entry: the classic 50/50 blend. Dependable, prints clean, the best value.
- Preferred: the softer tri-blend. The tee players wear off the field.
- Brand Name: Nike Dri-FIT and the brands that carry the name.

Decision four
When to order
Lock the package and approve the proof about six weeks before the first practice. Sizes and the final roster can follow after tryouts; the proof doesn’t change.

Decision five
Sizes
Collect sizes after the proof, not before. Send families the size chart for the exact garment, ask them to hold it against a shirt that fits today, and size youth players up. Middle-school rosters need both youth and adult options in the same order.

Decision six
Who pays
- Program or booster pays: one package order for the roster, quoted per player, funded once. The lowest price, everything arrives together. Purchase orders accepted with agreed-upon terms.
- Families pay: collect one flat amount per player against the package price, or open a team store for the optional extras (second hoodie, parent gear) so nobody handles cash or size sheets.
- Both: the common pattern. Package for the required set, store for everything else, same design across both.

Decision seven
Approve and receive
- Request. Package, set count, sport, team, your contact. Six fields.
- Quote and proof, within three business days. Per-player price for your exact build, plus a proof of the design on the garments.
- Approve. Nothing is printed until you sign off. Sizes and roster come in now.
- Receive. Printed and shipped. Approved proof, printed right: what you sign off on is what ships, and print defects are reprinted at no charge.
