Practice Package or Team Store? How to Pick the Right Way to Outfit Your Team

There are two ways to get matching gear on a roster. One buyer orders a package for everyone, or every family orders their own from an online team store. Both work. They solve different problems.

A practice package is for gear every player must have

If the whole team needs the same practice tee and short on day one, a package is the right tool. One person picks the package, we quote it per player, the program pays once, and every set arrives together. The price is lowest this way because the whole roster prints as one run: from $30 per player for a tee and short at 12 to 23 sets, less at 24, 36 and 48.

Use a package when:

• Every player needs the same items, and the program is paying or collecting one flat amount per player
• You need everything to arrive together before a date
• You want the lowest per-player price

A team store is for gear families choose to buy

Spirit wear, extra hoodies, parent gear, a second color: things not every family will want. A team store lists the items, each family orders and pays for their own sizes, and we print and ship what was actually bought. No size sheets, no collecting money, no leftover inventory.

Use a store when:

• Items are optional or vary by family
• You would rather not handle money or sizes
• A booster club wants to raise funds on each item

Most programs use both

The common pattern: a package for the required practice set, funded by the program, and a store for everything optional, funded by families. The design is the same across both, so the team still matches.

What we do not recommend

Do not run required gear through a store and hope everyone orders. Some families will not, the team will not match, and the per-player price will be higher because the order comes in pieces.
