Straight Answers

What happens after we submit?

We review the package, artwork, player count and timing. Then we tell you exactly what comes next.

Do we need a logo file?

No. Upload a logo if you have one, tell us if it needs adapting, or choose design help. Artwork requirements and any applicable charges are confirmed before the order proceeds.

How long does production take?

Production timing depends on the selected products, quantities, decoration, artwork approval, and current availability. Your expected schedule is confirmed before the order is finalized.

How does reordering work?

Your approved artwork and project details can be referenced for future orders. Tell us what changed and we will confirm product availability and the simplest reorder path.

How are orders delivered?

Available distribution options depend on the order. We can review individual shipping, a coordinated team delivery, or pickup and confirm the chosen method before launch.

Can booster clubs add a fundraising markup?

Fundraiser team stores are available for qualifying organizations. The contribution structure and store details are confirmed with the organizer before launch.
