How Much Does Team Practice Gear Cost per Player?
Coaches ask us one question before any other: what will this cost per player? Most vendors answer with "request a quote." We publish the number.
The short answer
A Team Package (practice tee + practice short, one-color print, setup included) starts at $30 per player for 12 to 23 complete sets and drops to $25 per player at 48 or more. Add a crewneck and you are at $55; a hoodie, $65. The full Podium Hoodie Package (tee, short, hoodie, jogger) starts at $95 per player. Those are Entry-level garments; Preferred and Brand Name levels cost more and are shown on every package before you request a quote.

What the per-player price includes
- Every garment in the package, one complete set per player
- A one-color screen print in one location on each garment
- Artwork setup and screens
- A proof you approve before anything is printed
What adds cost, and when you see it
- A second ink color or a second print location
- Player names and numbers
- Extended sizes (2XL and up) on garments that carry an upcharge
- Tax and shipping
All of it appears on the quote before you approve. Nothing is added after.
Why the set count matters more than the garment
Screen printing has a fixed cost to set up each design. Spread over 12 sets it is a real share of the price; spread over 48 it almost disappears. That is why every package is cheaper per player at 24, 36 and 48 complete sets, and why programs that combine varsity, JV and coaches into one order pay less per person.
A "complete set" means every garment in the package totals the same number: 24 sets of the Varsity Hoodie Package is 24 tees, 24 shorts and 24 hoodies, in any mix of sizes.
